Throat infections?

Hey there - wondering if anyone has had accompanying throat infections with their other symptoms? I've had these recurring throat infections which usually need antibiotics. The weird thing is that after I usually am depleted of B12 and need to increase my dosage. I think I get a bit misled sometimes between what is lack of B12 and what is ongoing symptoms from the throat issues.

Doctors I have seen are clueless. Hoping to see if others have positive experiences.

One thing I'm thinking about doing is switching from Cyano to Hyroxy IM to see if that has any change.

I initially didn't.

Then I started to have oral thrush for the first time in my life

Also mouth ulcers. .

Teeth snd gums have definitely suffered .

I was on antibiotics last yesterday fie a tooth extraction

I blamed the antibiotics . However I've had them before?

I do think wearing face masks for long periods help either.

I tend to clean my teeth and suck a throat lozen ger before putting on a mask.

Ulcers, mouth sores csn aksi be caused by low folate.

My daughter thinks it's a sign for her folate is low.

I only have them in a multi vit. As on supplements went above range. Ladt bloods back in range.

My daughter takes 400mcg daily if folic acid.

We both take vit D

I take iron ( prescription) another first.

If yih csnt absorb b12 often other vitamin abd minerals not bring absorbed

Or absorbed but nit efficiently to meet our bodies needs

We both go by blood tests.

I never took any supplements as had a very good diet .

You assume you are absorbing don't you?

In hindsight ( wonderful thing)

I shoukdve been advised on my 50 + health check to take a multivit as absorbtion slows for most.

Also having bothered going a blood test including . B12!!!

Mty vit D was found very low a few yesrs after.

Now I know it's a common sign / red flag to test other things !!

I used to work in preventative health care . Children though.

NHS seems to be lacking that insight at present .

A massive cost saver proven again and again.

Can be measured but harder without enough staff.

So if not proven not commissioned.

All these apps don't seem to work like posters( showing my age lol)
