Hi, I am b12 deficient. I started on 1ml. Sublingual b12. It seems to be working but I feel shake and tired. I thought I would feel better. I do feel I have more strength in my legs, the weakness in my legs was the worst symptom. Anyone feel like this too.

Weak legs was one of my symptoms. At my worse I couldn't walk. In my opinion 1ml isn't enough. I use 5000 mcg and take at least 3ml per day. Small amounts diluted in water throughout the day. B12 is non toxic and you can't overdose.

Thank you for your reply. How long did it take you to get the strength in your legs back? . I had to cut back on the large dose, I couldn't function on it, I was very shaky and more fatigued .
