Vitaming B12

Hello, lately i have been having a lot of tingling, itching, skin crawling, it started with the legs and now this tingling it seems it's all over like a itch, but i also feel burning bottom in front of my legs, i had a blood test done my B12 is high 800, now i don't know if it is related taking a B12 supplement i talk to the doctor and told me to get a nerve test, also i do have a lot of anxiety started with panic attack, so i don't know if it is all related i would like to believe it but i don't think so, i was wondering if anyone else in here has or had some of my symptoms, i would appreciate an answer from any one, ty

What sort of b12 are you having?

Has your iron level been tested?

And ferritin levels?

awhile back and is ok, but up until yesterday i was taking B12 supplement, i don't know if it makes any difference, ty so much for replying

The only reason I ask is some have problems with methyl b12 . Before I knew thus I tried all sorts. Had no reaction as nit absorbing it but if tih can absorb try a different form to see you get on better.

Hooe tih get that testing and get some answers . Ask about functional b12 deficiency too

i was tested for Ferretin back in march it was ok, but no iron
