It all depends on how much of a risk you want to take.

As soon as you mix it with saline you introduce bacteria and fungal spores. And they can grow. The longer you leave it, the more bacteria will be in the liquid. You then inject them into your body.

That's why we recommend not using multi-use vials. Single use glass ampoules are, by far, the preferred option.

'Multi-dose vials' are absolutely fine for materials that are being used immediately, such as the Covid vaccines. 5 ml vial, 0.5ml dose, so ten doses per vial, administered in a very short while, to the next ten folks through the door this morning.

However, a multi-use vial of B12 for your own use is really not a good idea. Even if you had access to a sterile pharmacy manufacturing laboratory, it still wouldn't be a good idea. The risk of contamination is simply not worth it.

If you feel you really have to use Methylcobalamin, do consider using Arnika B12 single use glass ampoules . You cannot buy them directly online . You need to email Arnika ( a small manufacturing pharmacy in Munich) manufaktur@arnika-apo.de Or phoning +49 89 452 468 468 . They have packs of 10 ampoules. 1mg x 1ml and 5mg x 1ml

You can pay by PayPal or Bank transfer .

They speak English .
