Hi suggestions of best Vit d 3 supplements for a relative who is on a lot of heart medication for high blood pressure including aspirin and is anxious about adding something that might interact with these . I personally use better you spray. 3000 but cannot find any info on interactions with other drugs . Or if possible other suggestions re a really good supplement with little additives Thanks

I would check with their doctor or pharmacist. There are plenty on thr market that cksjm to be free of this and that.

I imagine a good supermarket brand the same.

Pharmacists and Gp's just type it in for any adverse reactions with daily drugs on their computer

Good to check.

It would be a lower dose than you are taking but it I would try asking the GP. If your relative is deficient he would get them on prescription. They are also prescribing them for the elderly or vulnerable ones in many cases.

I use Better you D3 infant spray as it has coconut oil rather than sunflower

A good quality cod liver oil may be best. Rosita is one of the pricier ones
