B12 Ampules 2mls?

My b12 has arrived from Germany. Hydroxocobalaminacetat 1000ug. I've just loaded the syringe and its 2mls. Do I need 2mls or 1ml per dose? I am now SI EOD.

Those Hevert ampoules are the usual strength i.e. 1mg , but they are in 2ml of saline . You do need to inject the whole 2ml .
