Hi everyone, diagnosed with falling levels of vitamin b 12 6 months ago but have had symptoms for 20 years! My symptoms seem to fluctuate. I can feel good for a few days then wallop I feel terrible.it is like a switch going on and off. I have 3monthly injections. Thanks

Wonder if you woujd benefit from 2 monthly injections as a trial?I have had to learn to pace.

Not in my nature . J am fatigued do much of the time amongst other things.

Frustrating. Mind is bright again

Thanks nackapan, I am trying to get gp appointment to ask if I could try 2monthly.Its so weird to feel fine one day then the next day so ill.
