You'll probably find it easier to get cyanocobalamin from Canada.

Cyanocobalamin is just as good as, if not better than, methylcobalamin.

I get cyanocobalamin from Canada. It works well, the pharmacy is GREAT, and the prices are good. I’ve not had luck finding sources for the other types.

F.Y.I., methylcobalamin gives some people, including me, bad side effects (anxiety, insomnia, feeling angry, etc.)

I get cyanocobalamin vials from my local pharmacy ( California) along with separate syringes that I load prior to each injection. I have not had any trouble getting it and my insurance covers both.

Invigourmedical.com has telehealth services and can prescribe methylcobalamin. Once you sign up and do the telehealth appointment, they send the prescription to their pharmacy. Fairly quick turnaround. They are spendy, but the product is good quality.

I’ve only found methylcobalamin through compounding pharmacies and that is expensive. Just get a prescription for cyanocobalamin. Trying to get hydroxocobalamin is also difficult due to shortages.
