Types of B12 supplements

Any advice of what type of supplement might be best absorbed? My injections are cyno (doctor says that’s the only kind I can get - ?). With that being said the sublinguals I take are also cyno but maybe methyl, adeno, hydro, might be better?

Sublinguals or liquid? I suspect I can’t not absorb via digestive track. Not diagnosed PA but many family members have B12 issues so I think we probably have some PA tendencies in the fam.

ctadds we have people on this forum with confirmed diagnoses of PA who do use high dose oral and find it works for them. My personal conclusion is that passive absorption isn't simple classical mechanics osmosis (which would say any absorption is impossible) . Biochemists are increasingly finding that processes in microbiology obey the rules of quantum mechanics rather than classical mechanics - and quantum mechanics wouldn't make it impossible, though I doubt that is the whole story.

People also vary considerably in how they respond to different types of B12 - I find different symptoms respond to different types so take a cocktail.

Which is to say that it is worth trying but there are no guarantees. there is a lot that isn't fully understood about the biochemistry of B12
