Your B12 level is so very low . You don't mention any treatment . You need B12 injections ASAP . im surprised that you haven't got many more symptoms .
Hi Shel7 I see you are in India. Are you vegetarian by any chance? Your level is very low. I was diagnosed with B12 deficiency whilst living in India at a level of 129, I couldn't get out of bed but found much more understanding of it within the medical profession there due to the high prevalence of vegetarianism. Are you able to visit a doctor in Apollo Hospitals. I used to get my B12 injections every two weeks in the Emergency Room, total cost RS 150. If you're vegetarian, tablets might work too. Please don't delay with treatment as your levels are very low 🙏❤️
I have taken 4 injections till now. I have to take 1 more today. Is it due to low b12
Can you have an appointment with your Doctor to discuss your treatment plan going forward? It's good you're having injections but you need to know why you have B12 deficiency and what treatment you will be given to keep your levels up. Good luck
I have celiac disease may be that is the problem I have and I am not typically vegan. I drink milk daily I don't know why my body is not absorbing it.I am on gluten free diet past 2-3 yrs.Could you please suggest me good doctor here in India.Doctors are not good here I have done my test privately and ask for injections. They only care for making money and doing unecessary tests. My thyroid is normal.Blood report is normal they say but red blood cells are somewhat large also MCV and MCH is somewhat low.

Coeliac is a known risk factor for b12 deficiency
Should I take everyday injection or I take high dose sublingual?
The UK guidance states where there are neuro issues present that recommended treatment is B12 injections every other day until no further improvement.
