Hello! Hope hope everyone is doing and/or feeling better. I’ve recently noticed that the bottom of my feet have a yellow undertone. In particular, the balls of my feet are almost a highlighter yellow. I’ve been injecting with b12 for a few months now and wonder if there’s any correlation between jaundice and b12 treatment or deficiency.
Aside from that, I’ve been experiencing pain all over my feet every time I walk, that intensifies if I’m still on my feet, almost like a severe form of plantar fasciitis.
I would appreciate any thoughts or advice. Thank you!

Yes, folate is good. I’m still somewhat iron deficient so that may be causing this issue. I’ve also been losing lots of hair so may also be due to the iron. TY
Interesting. Thank you for sharing the articles. Yes, I’ve had liver function tests and a complete metabolic panel. Both results came normal. I now wonder if it’s just normal or due to other deficiencies. Thank you!
My feet were yellowish at the time of my diagnosis especially the sole. My hair had gone yellowish/white. My feet were awful, painful and I could hardly walk at all.The jaundice went fairly quickly, my hair is a darker grey with white now, this has been gradually, my hairdresser noticed I had a lot of darker hair growing.
The pain, burning, tingling and numbness in my feet got worse before it started to get better. I’ve not fully recovered after 2 years but it’s better than it was.
I see. Thanks for sharing your experience! It may be the same for me as my skin was yellowish but not so much anymore. The pain while walking is very bothersome. Hope it eventually goes away.
I went to my doctor about this before I was diagnosed with B12 deficiency and my doctor told me it is possible to have Raynaud's in your feet as well as in your hands. The affected areas of your feet do look yellow. I have Raynaud's which only previously affected my fingers when they got too cold. The Raynaud's in my hands and feet is kept under control with B12 injections. My feet would also feel cold but burn at the same time.
