Great Sally! Mine from same company ups through Azazon.Dee - just given them excellent write up!

Now for the deed. My first problem was opening the vial there is a knack!

Face vial so that ‘dot’ is towards you. Then press hard on dot snd it should break cleanly. I usually get syringe needle vial Sharps all ready ...in bedroom

- have shower - so nice snd clean and warm ... then do the deed when relaxed. (Into thigh whilst sitting on bed)GOOD LUCK

Thank you for the link showing what the tool looks like Fbirder. I'm in America and have not seen the Vials like you folks in Europe have. As I plan on ordering my next B-12 from Germany--not knowing how to open them could present a challenge. Thanks again!
