That sounds horrid. So up to now youve been okay with your b12 Injections?
I was told bh a Gp levels start to really drop afted week. No idea how true this is.
I imagine we all different.
I do know after an injection thd level peaks in your blood stream after a few hours up to 7 hours.
I'm having the opposite . Dont feel ivd hzf lady 2 injections???
No always feel ill after injections, it’s so horrid so itchy
Perhaps try a different sort?? Speak to your gp. Initially I reacted after everyone with a headache and really bad tinnitus blurry vision and at times irritability or a sudden need to sleep like I was drugged . Also jangly nerves.
These days i have to make sure I've written it down. Last 2 not felt anything which is not good either.
Yes defo not trying hydroxocobalamin again hope goes out of my system soon, I got rashes etc side effects are horrible I am finding it hard to sleep 😴
Try Cynocobalamin , which is the B12 which was used before Hydroxocobalamin was developed . It is the commonly used B12 for injections in the U.S. It is usually obtainable from German online pharmacies . At the moment it is not , due to either COVID or Brexit . But is still obtainable from Amazon.de. ( German Amazon .de ) Rotexmedica make it search for Rotexmedica vitamin B12 ( don’t look for “depot) Enlarge the picture of the carton to make sure you order Cynocobalamin.
I got mine from there hydroxocobalamin
I get cyanocobalamin injections from my GP. It’s licensed for use every 4 weeks. I haven’t really seen a benefit, but you may find it’s suits better.
Defo gonna ask did you get skin rashes on your feet when u used hydroxocobalamin
Always been on hydroxocobalamin and always cause me issues so it’s got to be them
Switch to cyanocobalamin you seem allergic to hydroxocobalamin hence the itching also take an antihistamine to prevent any anaphylaxis
yes defo I have itching rashes etc it’s horrible feel like got flu
I used hydroxocobalamin and got tinnitus worse and heart palps. Fine on cyano
No but my lips when super dry and itchy
Shame can’t attach pic show you! How itchy they are I self injected on Tuesday should be out my system by now
May be depending on what they take the b12 from , you are allergic to one of the ingredients? ...I carnt take any vit or mineral with substances taken from fish? / seafood..i come out in big itchy spots.
Maybe ask where or what the b12 is sauced from ?..
Perhaps an obvious question.
Have you requested a Covid-19 test? This could just be coincidence.
I suffered severe reactions from an MMR jab at the age of 50. We shouldn’t necessarily assume a link when it might be pure coincidence.
Yes requested covid test I think I have covid I feel so sick took antihistamine for rashes and feel so crap had shit for days can’t breathe itching no temp mouth ulcers

What you describe does not sound like a reaction to a B12 injection. It sounds as if you are becoming more unwell, with increasing breathing difficulties and you may need professional medical advice and assistance which may not wait until morning.
Please can you ring 111 for assessment and advice via the NHS.
If you have blue lips or fingers, are gasping for breath without exertion or finding it increasingly difficult to breath, feel dizzy, cold, clammy or sweaty, feel on the point of collapse, or confused / disorientated please dial 999.
Either number will connect you to medical services which will be able to assess your condition and advise about next steps.
If for some reason you decide not to do this, please contact your GP first thing tomorrow morning.
To be honest, it would be better to call for medical assessment tonight. It’s better to be safe, especially in these difficult times.
Please let us know how you get on.
All my tests have been negative for covid will do test tomorrow diarrhea feel crap feel dizzy sick
Lucasussex.
Please see my reply to you above. Not sure what test you are planning to do tomorrow (sounds like Covid) but I would still advise making a call - as advised above - for medical assessment tonight.
It sounds like you may also be becoming dehydrate, which in itself can become a medical emergency.
I note, from reading your past posts, that you also have an underlying autoimmune condition which is known to increase the risk of serious illness if infected with Covid. This makes it even more vital that you access appropriate medical assessment sooner rather than later.
Be safe. Please don’t wait.
Colitis yes thank you
For the sake of clarity and the benefit of anyone reading who may have colitis and be worried about Covid, I was not referring to colitis.
Recent research indicates that colitis is no longer a criteria for inclusion in the vulnerable or extremely vulnerable category (in terms of risk from Covid).
Really my mate got letter saying he has shield from Monday due covid
Shielding is advised according to an individuals unique and personal medical history and circumstances (including drug regimes). Having colitis does not automatically increase the risk from Covid or require those who have it to shield.
Many with colitis who were previously advised to shield have now been told that this is no longer necessary.
