Its started about 3 weeks back when it got dizziness, lack of concentration, numbness/tingling mainly affecting on right side of my body, also faced imbalance issue. Went to neurologist who had me tested for vitb12 & D3 of which b12 was 131 & D3 was 29, given me mecobalamine inj 5 for alternate days, but symptoms didn't got much better, currently on oral multivit b12 tablets & on road to recovery. Can anyone tell me about their journey & how much time it takes to recover..,?
