Never suffered from this before ,had dizziness but yesterday from mid afternoon ,had horrendous what I think was vertigo .Had to hold on to furniture to get to bed and lie down .Even in middle of night still had it but was improving .Anyone ideas on best to deal with it

Yes do wear vari vocals prob try to wear them when not needed high dose of B12 sublingual has helped Had 5000 on Sunday was ok to today tues. Just taken 4000 felling a little less dizzy
