how many days a vertigo stays in b12 deficiency.i have been on this symptom from 3 months and started when i came to my b12 was low and still suffering.in the initial days it was very much and as going on some what decreased but still there is headache and vertigo.is anybody have had the same situation.

I currently have this non stop. When I move my eyes I feel unbalanced and sick. Ive have not started shots yet.

what is your b12 level?and from how many months you are suffering from this symptom?

I understand it has been three years since your post about your eye movement issues. I’ve been suffering with this issue for a year now and just started b12 injections (had one so far). How are you these days and have you had b12 injections? My b12 has always been normal or high but enlarged blood cells, doctors always said everything was within normal range. But I decided for take matters in my own hands and after being diagnosed with migraines (neurological symptom), I am now considering b12 deficiency as a result.

Iam feeling migraine like headaches also,i went to ENT and he is like it's vestibular migraine but those symptoms are started when i was b12 deficient Only.I strongly believe it;s due to b12 only.What do you say Eaoz?
