Oh man. I just started .. b12 was 250.. ferritin was 2.. getting iron infusions and b12 Injections. Does to get. Better? 😔

Yes , you will get better. Just don’t be impatient . Keep reading the posts on this forum . You will be surprised how much you can learn from them . Eat a good balanced diet as well . Best wishes .

When your iron infusion kicks in it should make a big improvement . B12 will continue to help.

Don"t push yourself too hard to start with, it can take quite some time to even start to feel an improvement everyone seems to be different in symptoms that change with treatment, some notice a difference sooner than others as wedgewood said eat a good diet and do what you can when you can without overdoing it.
