How do you store your B12 med?
cyano and hydroxo are more light than heat sensitive - temperatures over 25C are where heat senstivity starts to kick in - so best stored somewhere cool and dark - not necessarily the fridge.
methyl is more heat sensitive so probably ought to be kept in fridge
Hydroxocobalamin ampoules in the original cardboard box that sits in a drawer in my living room. I have checked the temperature in there regularly and it never goes over 24 degrees centigrade and most of the time is about 20 degree. I live in the south of England - if you live in a much warmer country then you might have to put it in the warmest part of the fridge.
I live in northern Australia so keep mine in the fridge, as 'room temperature' for much of summer can be well in excess of 25 degC. Having said that, the 'fridge' is the wine fridge, so it's kept at about 15 degC. Sadly, these days I take B12 far more often than I take the wine...
I also live in Australia and keep in fridge. I'm only new to SI but find warming the ampoule up by rolling it between my palms before injecting takes away a lot of the sting
