How do you store Hydroxocobalamin?

Hi just ordered our first batch of hydro from Mycare. Just wondered how you store it? Does it need to be kept in the fridge or is a kitchen cupboard fine?

Hi Vicky2822 I've always kept my B12 injections in the kitchen cupboard for the last 46 years so I guess that's alright.

I know my surgery nurse keeps her stocks in a normal drawer.

If you do decide to keep them in the refrigerator you will benefit by warming them before injecting.

The patient information leaflet states Do not store above 25 degrees. I was advised store in a cool dark place so I keep mine in my cupboard under the stairs.

Good idea I will get a box and put all the SI equipment under mine it’s cooler than the kitchen.

Could I ask how you ordered please as I have just been on their site and it still says "currently can not be delivered" in red print on the English translation page

PS When I have got it I keep mine in the fridge door

I ordered it from mycare.de

I received an email yesterday to say it had been shipped and is on its way. I only ordered it Monday night.
