Yes many have had a lower level. Some it cant be detected

The serum b12 test is guidance really as it shows all b12 in the blood . Not all b12 is active

As each time they test Me it’s serum level which is high due to injecting which is why Gp says she wants me to stop as it’s 1577

Tiu can get an 'active b12' test but nit on the NHS

Concentrate on your symptoms. Yiu know how you feel.

Also if your on anti biotics would thst deplete the injected b12

Like anti sickness tablet ?
