Mozza, I haven't.

But I know of someone who has had those exact symptoms after starting their injections. So you're not alone.

I've had thises symptoms but not directly associated with b12 injection.

I definitely ache more when due an injection.

Injections can stir up tour nerves

I can get thr flu like feeling but with no high temperature.

Try not to put everything down to injections or deficiency. T c

It’s never happened to me in over 5 years of self-injecting once a week . But it seems to happen to some others . It just goes to show that we need a huge amount of research to be done on P.A. .

Do you know what your vitamin D levels are like?

It sounds like you may have another deficiency and when your body gets enough B12 and the processes start to work it is running out of something else.

It would be useful to have a blood test to check your levels of the other main vitamins and minerals. If you can't get them to do a full panel, I would at least ask them to do folate, vitamin D, potassium, magnesium and iron. Try to get the blood test done when you are experiencing the symptoms.

Symptoms are your body's way of telling you that something is wrong and needs fixing/rebalancing/adjusting.
