Good Morning
I have just had a private test of my B12 the results were 282
pmol/L
total B12.
This has said I am insufficient. Should I be contacting the GP for injections?
I have Hashimotos and Under Active Thyroid as well. I have been feeling increasingly fatigued especially in the afternoons.
Any advice would be appreciated.

282 pmol/L sounds a bit high to be classed as deficient. What was the range given with the number? It should say something like
282 pmol/L (150-599 pmol/L).
If you just say to your doctor that your B12 is 282 pmol/L then they are likely to say - "That's perfectly normal, you don't need B12".

I have just recieved this answer
The normal range for Total B12 is between 300-569 pmol/L, whereas the insufficient range is 145-300 pmol/L.
