What is wrong ?

So frustrated at the lack of care. Lost just over two stone in weight, totally fatigued ,total lethargy. Eat all meals and take supplement drinks too.

earlier Blood test showed b12/folate deficiency. Had five loading shots over two weeks followed by a scheduled 3/12 shot last month. Feel absolutely shot. Shiny, yellow coated, red tongue.. Metal taste ? No diagnosis . Why are doctors so poor at treating this ?

Has tour folate been checked? As well as ferritin/ iron and vitamin d . As well as thyroid celiac ect?

I lost alot of weight during loading doses . Not as much as tou but alot for me. I think b12 speeds up some peoples metabolism. I was eating well too.

Touecbloods should be repeated and once tour folate level yo stay on a maintenance dose daily of 200- 400 mcg. . It does take time. Toh may need more frequent b12 Injections

? I agree the care is poor for this condition
