I called 111 today and eventually had a doctor call me and again explained the whole situation and again they told me same thing. They cannot get involved and needed to speak to Doctor. I told them so you are happy to leave me feeling I'll and terrible again. She just said I hope it will be ok and works out for me. This is disgusting.

If it was an insulin problem they would have helped! They don't seem to take b12 as any serious problem at all, all in our minds! Hope you get something sorted

Have you written to your doctor? You should have at least been asked questions after yhev111 call.

I called 111 once as I was very ill.

They said ambulance on it's way.

It was hours after a paramedic rang asked questions to see if i was having a heart attack. Then said no one would be coming. I've never felt so let down.

My sister took me as wasnt improving . I had a ct scan. Pupils dilated so they thought I was on recreational drugs . I was staggering and crawling. Then I was told I was having an anxiety attack. I got the ct scan done though as had had a bad fall.so worth the trip for that No idea what was happening.

I was not treated well. Never have I felt so alone. Even the other patients thought nothing wrong with me as I was quiet The time had come to transfer from a trolley to a bed .

I was told to give it up for a woman who clearly had bruises after a fall . Invisible illnesses. Even the obs. Were done in silence. I was unceremoniously left in a wheelchair in an empty corridor which I nearly fell out off.

No one told me what was going to happen. Even in the ct scanner . No instructions si got up too soon.

If post traumatic stress is ever mentioned it would be from that experience .

Best to write to your own doctor get referrals.

Meanwhile DIY like so many which shouldn't be the case

Have someone with you even for a telephone consult. I made the mistake of being alone .

Letters cant be totally ignored.

That 111 call will eventually get to your Gp.
