So got everthing ready...but directions all in German. ..any one else used these ampules?

Not those ones, because I use hydroxocobalamin, not cyanocobalamin.

Are you planning on injecting intramuscular or subcutaneously? What size syringes and needles do you have?

Got green 21g 1.5 to with draw

25g orange 1 inch to inject

Got wipes and 2 ml syringe bit nervy but can't keep waiting every 8 weeks

Don’t be nervy practice getting used to the feel of the syringe on an orange.just use water and inject the orange until you feel comfortable.There’s lots of little hints and tips from members have a browse.good luck x

I guess you're doing subcutaneous with a 1" needle.

I'm not familiar with that technique

1 inch is usually long enough for I.M. , unless you are quite overweight . You can use 30G x 1/2 inch for sub-cutaneous injection . That’s very fine.
