painful tingling all over

I experience uncomfortable numbness,tingling, pins and needles at random times of the day. Every day. Especially at night. Arms go painfully numb for long periods of time.

It gives me extreme anxiety.

I do not have diabetes.

I do deal with iron deficiency anemia

Good morning MelloT.You need to go back to your gp and tell them your having these neurological symtoms and need to be referred to a neurologist it could be so many things causing this it’s best to see a professional.

hi, Im having same, I do iron , tested b12 serum is 382. not sure about active b12, I do get tingling different parts of the body.I also suffering from anxiety due to the tingling feeling.
