Muscle twitching and B12 deficiency?

Worsening twitching with b12 injections, can anyone shed some light and or their experience. Thank you

I experience muscle twitches quite a lot. My b12 was less than 111 pg/L. They don’t really seem to have got worse with injections, if anything slightly better/gone when my injections were more frequent. I’m not sure if they are made worse by stress but it’s my least favourite symptom. They don’t seem to get mentioned as often as pins and needles etc.

For me, they got worse after I started injections and now seem to be getting better a couple months in. (Interestingly, sometimes I get twitching at my injection sites for a few days.)
