It's best to have your first ond at the surgery just incase you have a reaction
I imagind a private Gp if the surgery wont teach you

Hi, in Northern Ireland there are chemists that will provide syringes and needles free of charge and will check if you are injecting properly. I first went to boots chemist but they had stopped providing the service it was the pharmacist there that sent me to the pharmacy I go to now, which I cant remember the name off sorry, maybe if you try the boots near you they can advise, hope you get sorted
Thank you Meisor I’ll ask this weekend.I think I’ll also go to Superdrug and speak to the nurse there who does my medichecks bloods she might be happy to teach me,great idea.x
I got a lot of support and advice from my occupational health department at work - if you have access to an OH team that might be a good route.
Also - lots of people are health professionals so could ask your friends/family/colleagues if they know someone.
Good luck
