As you are all well too familiar Panpharma B12 Depot sells out in a flash.
So.......
Pasco 1.5ml and Hervert 2000ml(1ml) Hydroxy... are these exactly the same as Pan-harma or are there different ingredients in them that slow or speed up absorption?
Has anyone reacted badly to them or are they pretty much a like for like with regards to people's tolerance?
Does anyone know if these products are more freely available as us Brits are gobbling up all the Panpharma?
Now finally.... Cyanocobalamin..... There seems to be a lot more brands for this type of cobalamin and my question is:-
Has anyone used Cyano regularly and had no "ill" effects or mix and matched (alternated) with Hydroxy? Is the Ok to do?
Are they more freely available to buy too in Germany as I have no issue with SI more frequently..
Thank you again and sorry for boring you with all these questions.
I really hope that one day soon injectable B12 will be freely available OTC here in the UK.

I've used Hervert but I don't like it. It's 2ml with 1,000mcg and that's alot to inject, certainly to much to inject into deltoid (arms) or subcutaneous. It's quite watery and feels more acidic - I don't think there is anything different in it to panpharma, but basically more saline/liquid to inject.
Not a good idea for daily or EOD injections. But could suffice for a weekly vastus lateralis injection.
You can get Cyano easily but that would require quite frequent injections. I have some but haven't found a need to use them just yet. I think you'll need to do it 2/3 times a week to match a weekly hydroxo injection.
I have to SI daily to keep symptoms at bay so Cyano maybe the way to go for me. I am sure the time will come when I can reduce the frequency and patience is the key at the moment.
Yes in that case Cyano should probably work well. Hydroxo stays in your system longer anyway since it's a depot injection, so is designed for infrequent injections or max every other day.
I don't know about Pasco but I think Cyano is very available and if it's daily shots you're doing anyway then it's probably the best solution. Panpharmpa also do Cyano as I accidentally ordered the Cyano without checking the 'Depot/hydroxo' label first! And they arrived very quickly.
Hi WorkingProgess,I started with rotexmedica, then tried pascoe hydroxo and am now on second box of pascoe cyano,I si three times a week and have found all three have worked equally well, hope this helps
Can anyone explain why in UK we cannot get B12 over the counter, is it some kind of law or what?? end of the day it is only a vitamin and one you cannot overdose on either..
