Can this be all to do with b12

Just had results back been on b12 injections 8 months now.no infection in urine or bloods.

been having tummy issues. All bloods fine but still tired.cheast x rays clear and spine x rays no change since last one 2017 yet still got back pain on both sides and middle of spine..and shooting pain down right arm also numbness in right hand also both wrists sore when I bend them back.more so right side..also a light headache.

Got hemotolgy on thurs and docs wens so hope we can sort this.cheers any help is appreciated

breath in Deep Peace, exhale Fear.... make sure you are breathing..

sounds frunny but i find i hold my breath when i am upset..

here are some areas I have problems in:

what size is your blood cells?

what is your iron level?

D3 levels?

do You have the Mthfr gene?

you dont have to know.... look at things that happen when we have Mthfr.....

I take liquid D3, I take Liquid iron, i also take a green tea pill this has really helped with tiredness...I am reading a book called Dirty Genes, I just started it ,,, Hope I am on to a New Direction
