For those of you that saw my previous post about my test results and low B12..I finally have my Spectracell test results. This is the test that looks at white blood cells to see what is truly at the cellular level. Turns out it matches well with my hair test results and lab tests.

I tried to combine both tests. Hair test and my Spectracell test. This test result is for anyone that saw my previous post and was interested in my result.

I've been making a huge effort to take my multi, take extra B12 and eat really well. I've just recently had the flu and bronchitis(after my blood draw) so that set me back a bit.
