Injecting adenosylcobalamin

Hi

Interested to chat with those who have tried hydroxocobalamin and added adenosylcobalamin or changed to both methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin.

Curious about possible issues with processing hydroxocobalamin. Read something interesting today that something 'turns off' our bodies ability to process it and deal with the b12.

I’ve never encountered injectable adenosylcobalamin. I always bought it was because it is quite unstable in solution.

The thing you read about that ‘turns off’ the body’s ability to ‘process’ hydroxocobalamin is, almost certainly MTHFR. And it is certainly a loaf of balderdash, like almost everything written about MTHFR.

Once they enter the cells, all forms of B12 are identical. b12science.com/B12Science/D...
