Itching on face

Hello, i was just diagnosis with pa and i have allready has 5 injections of cyanocobalamin. I am injecting every other day. It's been 2 days now that I am experiencing severe itching on my face and scalp. Today I noticed a small red spots on my face. Has this happen to anybody else?. I am wondering if it's related to the b12.

The spots can be a reaction to the b12 injection.

It usually does improve . I got them during loading doses. Sore red lumps . Look like the would amsqueezd but dont do not try. I had them o my face neck hairline and scalp.

I still get them occasionally. They are well documented as a possible side effect. Use an anti itch cream or a medicated wash. Keep them dry.

I found these disappeared altogether if I used a weak tea tree oil rinse on hair and face when showering. Also Conchus hair rinse/conditioner stops it just the same. I’m thinking it makes the skin more acidic.
