Still confused - needles and syringes

Sorry to start a new thread but my brain is not functioning well. I have finally managed to order my B12 from Germany - it was quite difficult and confusing.

I am now trying to order the needles and syringes from medisave.

There is so much info on here but it makes my head spin.

Can someone please tell me in really simple terms the needles and syringes I need? I have the swabs but after that I am at a loss. I think subcutaneous may be easier for me. Thank you

Thank you so much for this. I have now managed to order the B12 and all the supplies from Medisave - wipes, sharps bin and the syringes and needles. I have given up fighting the GP. She is not acknowledging the protocols for neurological symptoms and I think I am damaged enough. I failed the Romberg test badly - made me feel so ill I had to lie down.
