While having a wart removed the Doc said I looked anemic. Since he peaked my interest and a blood test revealed I had critical RBC and I initially took the advice of Vit B12 shots and frequency. Now I am taking every other day and may try daily to rid myself of headaches associated with condition. Glad to know there is a posting board to share experiences. We are ultimately responsible for our own health and happiness, so here I am to join you and say enjoy each moment and don't fret.

Oh, forgot to mention my RBC levels are still critically low, but that doesn't mean my body isn't consuming it. Milk thistle and folic acid are also helpful. Three months into treating my condition. I prefer not to go for invasive procedures like marrow taping etc.
