The b12 injection is kinda sore but I think it's worth it, it gives me a wee boost energy feel good factor, but it doesn't last more than a few days with me anyway. I get my injection at home from district nurse. Take care guys, try and be good...ta-ta....xx

Sounds as though you need your injection more often .
I’m the same. You have the B12, following day you feel fine after that your back to how you normally feel; exhausted!
