Mine was no where near as low as you. My ferritin 44 now and feeling less weak and shaky. Took 9 months to increase levels. So I hope you feeling better soon . Keep going

Hi mine was 4 and went to 32 after 3 mths. Do you take it with fresh fruit juice or a vit c tablet? Also avoid dairy and caffeine an hour before and after taking it. This might help increase levels quicker. It may also be that you need your b12 injections more frequently can you get them reduced to every 8 wks? Finally have you had vit d checked?

Yes take it with orange juice and dont have cup of tea till over hour after- am on vit d tablets as well. Dr didn't say I needed b12 more often as I have it 2 weeks earlier than they want anyway! How soon did you start to feel better?

Hi I stopped craving ice and bell peppers within a few weeks. My breathlessness is also much better.

Are you on the Vit d protocol look it up if not.

I self inject b12 now and have an injection when I need it probably 3 times a mth. Not sure what my ferritin is currently buy my haemoglobin has increased from 111 in May to 134 at the end of Oct.

If your anemia is due to heavy periods it can be 2 steps forward and 1 back every month.
