I had last injection in the arm that isn't sore. The left one I've been moving around soaking in a warm bath . It has eased. I don't know if a coincidence but I forgot my ice block I usually take . I hold it on to make it very cold . It certainly helped the bruising I sometimes get.

Mine hurts mainly when I turn my hand out to the left and trying to touch my hand to my neck. Has eased in 5 weeks. Feb a long while

Thanks N.

Have you told the Doctor? Had physio. They think its "rotator Cuff but I am sure it isnt. Been doing excercised with physio, dont think she is really sure. Movement/extension a bit better but really sore on deltiod tonight. Will have to go and see Doc I think.

Other one today ok. She was a lovely Health Assistent!

Regards and thanks. Will let you know. Watch this space!
