Go see a doctor about it ASAP. You don't want people trying to diagnose the cause of chest pain on the interwebs.
I agree with fbirder. Go asap to see your doctor. I did and my doc sent me directly to the hospital, found I had a blood clot in my lungs. I read 📖Sally Pacholok's 'Could it Be B12' and read on page 19 under vascular problems that a pulmonary embolism can stem from B12 deficiency.
