I recently started B12 injections. I read somewhere on this forum that I require to monitor my Potassium levels and potentially add Potassium supplement. Before I started on B12 injections, my levels were:
B12 - 95 pmol/l
Active B12 - 18 pmol/l
Potassium - 4.4 mmol/l
I have started taking Multi Vitamin and Minerals tablet that has 4 mg Potassium (as sulphate). Is it sufficient or do I need exclusive Potassium supplement?

4.4 mmol/L is OK. But it's when you start having the B12 that it can drop as the body goes on a spurt of red cell making.
You must be careful with potassium as too much can be quite nasty.
Are you sure your multi tablet has 4 mg of potassium? The recommended daily intake is about 4,000 mg so 4 mg is just 0.1%. A single banana contains over 100 times as much potassium.
If you're worried I'd go with cocoa 's advice and eat high-potassium foods. You can always switch any salt you use for low-sodium salt, where one-third of the sodium chloride is replaced with potassium chloride.
