I recently bought 100 ampoules which come to 62p per injection (excluding delivery). In 2018 I was paying about 45p per injection although it was a slightly different product.
Does anyone keep track of the changing costs over the years? It would be interesting to know some figures.

The Pascoe 1.5ml ones I've been buying have always been around 80-something pence each. They have gradually gone up by about a penny or two a year but I'd expect that with standard low inflation.
I stock-piled just before Brexit and know that when I need to re order I expect to add import taxes and higher transport costs to the bill. It's just life I guess.
deniseinmilden I too have been using Pasco 1.5mg and sometimes using only half if the full dose is more than I want.
I bought some Pascoe 1.5mg from Versandapo this month and also last month but the boxes (each of 100 ampoules) are rather short-dated. One is dated May 2022 and the other August 2022.
Do you find those dates typical of your Pascoe B12? Perhaps the dates are due more to Versandapo's stock than Pascoe's manufacturing?
The ones I've bought have previously always had long dates on them.
I wouldn't be surprised if they were part of a stock ordering pattern that hasn't been used up at the normal rate since Brexit and is maybe one of the reasons Versandapo have made the effort to ship to the UK again - I know several people who usually buy quite a lot from them!
Not to mention Pascoe having to ramp up production pre Brexit to cope with the stock-piling lots of us were doing, and then Bam! suddenly there's no demand because of shipping issues!
I do feel sorry for them - we must have caused them a production nightmare - and I'm very grateful to Versandapo for sorting out the export to us.
It’s such a huge blessing to be able to get the B12 ampoules from Germany . In actual fact it’s cheaper to buy them from the online pharmacies than in the high street pharmacies. Online there is always a discount - No so in the High Street pharmacies . I bought some last time I was in Gernany, mand realised that I could buy them cheaper online from U.K. . But yes , we have the courier charge , that’s why I buy a large quantity . The sell by date is usually 2 years + hence from the large pharmacies . I’ve been pleasantly surprised not to have to pay any customs duty on them .since Brexit .
I get quite a lot of my other "pills and potions" (methylfolate, iron bisglycinate, D3 + K2, lactase, Vit C powder, mag chloride, etc) online from UK pharmacies and it's loads cheaper that way - a bit essential considering how much I have to get.
I can get things like antihistamines for my horse too and the difference is enormous!
Does anyone knows how to buy hikma farmacy multidose hydroxocobalamin from Portugal. This vial is the only b12 shot approved by FDA which is only Intramuscular. In the meantime isthat necessary to inject new brand under supervision of doctor or just changing form of B12 like switching from cyanocobalamin to hydroxocobalamin.
