Healing, at last...

I just wanted to post as I’m finally feeling a little bit more like my old self!!. I’m not 100% yet but I’m getting there, I’m healing 🙏🏻.

I’ve had 1 week at every other day and this week the same, with last one being on Friday. I’m topping up this week with Si so this week I’m every day!!.

I’m due back at the doctor on Monday, and I’m going to hope he’ll keep me on every other day. If not, (which I expect him not to), I’m going to ask for at the very least once per week.

I’m taking magnesium glycinate twice daily and d3 and Bio-Vitamin k2 Mk-7 (one a day of each). I’m going to take it all with me to my appointment so he’s aware I’m serious about my health and not going to be fobbed off. X

Aww so glad you feel a bit better, PA always has peaks and troughs so go carefully. Let us know how you get on a the Dr's. Wishing you well x

Thank you lovely, yes sadly I know... day after I posted this I felt dreadful 😔!! But had another ok day today. Yes I will let you all know definitely, let’s hope I get more frequent injections, however I’m not holding my breath. X
