Low MPV

Hi guys I did a blood test yesterday. It was horrific I almost fainted and when I got back home I felt like I needed to go the emergency room for a few hours after the test

Anyway,

I feel absolutely horrible today as if I’m bruised all over.

My blood work care back i am curious as to why I have a low mpv count ? And my baso% is a little higher than the range it is within ?

Can anyone help pls
