Is my folate normal not sure how to read results, i also have hashimotis

Your folate levels are well above normal.

Your levels have been 39.8 and 45.3 nmol/L. The normal range is anything above 10 nmol/L.

Unlike the serum B12 test, the one for folate is both accurate and precise. The normal range has very little overlap with the deficient range. Whatever you are doing for folate (and B12) appears to be working well.

Thankyou just wanted reassurance as asked doct but they dont explain in detail, hoping the b12 are now accurate since 6 loading doses in jan?? Haven't supplemented since.
