Been injecting for just about 2 months, treating PA. I have a number of other autoimmune issues as well and am wondering if anyone has experienced relief from their other AI issues with the B12 injections. In other words, is PA actually influencing other autoimmune issues and when kept in control result in reduction of the other issues? Thank you!

Does treating PA with injections help reduce effects of other autoimmune issues?
I'm not sure if it does or not - I still have hassle from mine - but as my body is so much better (having been on daily B12 jabs and supporting supplements for 4 years) it is much better able to cope with the other autoimmune problems than it was.
U r daily injecting for 4yrs?
Yes, just over 4 years now. I use one and a half strength ampoules each time too.
Quite a lot of people inject twice a day and some of those use the same ampoules as me so they get 3x a normal shot every day.
We fine tune our diets and take supporting supplements too.
Everyone I know who does has gradually improved - some from pretty horrendous symptoms.
I’m interested in what you say about diet. Are you able to share any examples of what works for you and perhaps some of the things you avoid?
Everyone is different but a lot of people on frequent B12 jabs often have a higher demand for vitamins and minerals, especially folate, potassium, magnesium and iron, maybe vitamin D.
It is best if you can get these from your diet and I suggest that you Google each one to see what rich sources of these you will like to eat and drink.
Red meat (particularly beef and lamb) and fish, vegetables and fruit, nuts, seeds and some grains are very good sources of nutrients.
People must be aware of intolerances and allergies with gluten and lactose being two that often cause issues with B12 and other absorption problems.
What works well for one may not be possible for someone else.
Many thanks indeed for sharing your views. I appreciate it
EOD injections make me extremely dizzy, anxious it becomes over for me...can u suggest dosage for tremors and migraines
What sort of B12 are you using?
Generally hydroxocobalamin is best tolerated by most people but some find cyanocobalamin better for them.
A few do best with methylcobalamin but it often causes the reactions you are experiencing.
Dosing is also down to the individual - what works for one person doesn't for others.
