I know this has been asked many times.I now need to order to continue good health.

Where is the best place to order from?I have heard Germany is best.Can some one send me the links for ordering please.

Also if I buy it from Germany how do i change to English.

This bit I am worried about.

Honestly , no need to be anxious. I’ve been ordering from German online pharmacies for three years , and it’s ideal .

There are several online German pharmacies to use . I shop around , to find the best price . They vary quite a lot !

amazon.de ( has a site in English ) but some of the pharmacies on Amazon .de do not ship to UK .You will have to trawl through them to find one that does .

You can get a translation app ,or use Google Chrome for translation purposes .

Search for - Rotexmedica B12 Depot . “Depot” indicates that the product is Hydroxocobalamin which is the chosen form of B12 ampoule in U.K. . You can buy packs of 10 . Any number you like ( at the moment Bodfeld is restricting one to 3 packs . ) Bear in mind that the courier charge ( usually about €9.00 ) is the same no matter how many you buy ..These ampoules are 1mg x 1ml . You can get 1mg x 2ml ( Hevert )

Needles , syringes swabs and sharps disposal boxes from medisave.co.uk. You need to decide to use either I.M. ( intramuscular ) method of injecting , or sub-cut ( subcutaneous ) , before you order needles . Hope that this helps . Best wishes .

May have to resort to the next best thing.

Sorry for hijacking this reply but I just wondered if you had tried both IM and Subcut methods and if so was there any difference in results and absorbing etc? Just curious as I've always used IM.

Also what's the difference in the needles? Is it a gage thing or a length or what?

I have only tried I.M. . But I hear that sub- cut is as effective , just takes a it longer to work .I.M. has the longer needle - I use one inch . The gauge I use is 25 . I don’t know about sub-cut , except that the needle is a lot shorter . The higher the gauge , the thinner the needle

I’ve got some that are 1mg in 2ml. Not used them yet, are these going to hurt more ☹️

I have used those in the past , and no , they did not hurt. I choose the 1mg x 1mg now because they are cheaper .

Hi Lurcher-lady Did you get the 1mg/2ml from Greece by any chance? I get those and they do hurt me more than the 1mg/1ml I have at the doctors. I think it's the liquid volume pushing into the muscle. It only starts to sting after the first ml but if I only had 1ml of it, i'd be getting half a 1mg dose so I grin & bear it They may not hurt you- I am a wimp. If you do use these, I'd ask for it to be administered verrrrry slowly. Let me know how you get on compared to the 1ml. I'd be interested to find out if it's just me.

No, a friend sent them from Germany, I just wondered if the bigger volume would mean more pain. I SI now and it’s not a natural feeling to inflict/pain on myself lol. I’ll let you know how it goes, got a few 1ml ones to go yet
