Hello Everyone,

Just had my second B12 injection yesterday on my right arm (had one last week on left arm) and since this morning afer waking up I have extreme pain on my left arm (pin, needles, numbness) and fingers just by touching it. Is it normal after having b12 injection.

P.s Also there is a mild shaking on both of the legs.

Are these your loading injections?

If so yes it's normal. It can get a lot worse before it gets better.

Thank you. Yes it is b12 injections. My Gp also wanted me to have b12 test after my first injection and the results are:

Serum vitamin B12 level > 2000 ng/L [220.0 - 700.0]

Keep an eye on your arm . Any swelling at injection site or arm it's self I would get checked out.

The other symptoms I'm familiar with and a sign repair is happening in think.
