I have recied my b12 loading injections and felt great after them, i was told i will recieve one every 3 months, spoke to GP and he said i was having enough B12 injections, been feeling very tired all the time, for the past 5 weeks, so started self injections just over two weeks ago, hoping they help soon, feeling desperate for things to improve but worried my injections might make me worse, I'm injecting into my theigh, on my 6th injection, can anyone advise me on how often i should inject please. Thank you

Hi Dogs6188 the guidelines say loading doses until there is no further improvement in your symptoms. This does not mean until all symptoms are gone completely. In fact some may appear to get worse before they get better.

You cannot "overdose" on B12 as any excess is excreted via your urine

Do you know what your Folate level is? You may benefit from supplementing with folic acid.
