Can anyone tell me where I can source aB12 nasal spray? I am self injecting but I find it very painful and would like to alternate with a spray but can't find one.

I source mine from a company called detoxpeople. you may need to search for nasal drops as well as nasal spray

Do you use a nasal spray instead of injections or with?

I use both but initially was just using spray and I did find that worked for me without self-injection - however, I also notice benefit from high dose oral so that may be why it works quite well for me

When I decided to try it I made my own. I got the powdered methylcobalamin that you're supposed to dissolve in saline for injections (highly not recommended). I made up my own 1% saline (1 g table salt dissolved in 100 mL of water) and bought a few bottles from Amazon amazon.co.uk/Refillable-Spr...

Then I dissolved the B12 so that it was about 10 mg per mL, giving a 1000 mcg dose with a squirt (which I guessed at 0.1 mL).

Did absolutely nothing.

If you just google” Vitamin B12 nasal spray “ , you will find some. Also search on Amazon.uk .

I Google docs and bought drops and spray last year when my injections were stopped after initial loading dose and I was supposed to wait 3 Months.

They really didn't help me. I was taking tablets too!!

Once the argument was over at my doctors. and I was started on injections every other day again after a 6 week break I had the best progress in that period to date.

What about s c smaller needles. Less deep. Some on here have found they worked . Hope the spray works for you.
