Has anybody has any experience with low blood pressure and b12?
I was cloudy all day today with my head feeling heavy. I also slept 12 hours last night and was tired all day, unable to exercise. I check my blood pressure and pulse tonight and its significantly lower than normal. That might explain the head issues and lethargy from today. I've been supplementing b12 heavily with oral supps on days that I'm not getting b12 shots. Today I had a b12 shot and oral supps. Maybe I've overdone it?
My food intake has been normal with a full day of high potassium fruit and I've sipped water all day. Thyroid has been tested multiple times in the last month and is fine. All other lab tests are good besides a slight case of anemia caused by the b12 def.
Any ideas? Might take a day off from b12 supplements and see what happens.

T3, T4, Free T4, TSH. Seen the results myself. All in the middle of the range. This was a week or two ago. Never had a thyroid problem. Dont think I have one now.
TSH is good around 2 and FT4 & FT3 good towards top of range. Were anti-bodies tested to rule out Hashimotos ? - the most common thyroid issue globally ...
Hi, I have PA and do B12 injections and sublingual drops. Regarding blood pressure, I've had times when I almost blacked out/fainted, and found that at those times I intensely craved salt. If you're drinking too much water, just plain water with nothing in it, you may be losing sodium. Potassium also lowers blood pressure, so if you're eating a lot of potassium fruits and drinking plain water, you may be lowering your blood pressure too much. Try having a little salt and see how you feel. It may be an electrolyte imbalance. Hope you feel better!
I have been taking my blood pressure for over a month after my loading doses because I was still having some weird symptoms. It seemed lower than my blood pressure ever was before. Before whenever I had it checked at the doctors it was always in the 85/130 range but after b12 treatment it never went above 79/120 and many times it was as low as 66/110
I don't know if it's related, strange coincidence though
